The staff at Arenal Suites Bilbao are very friendly and excellent. the check-in process was friendly and smooth. - the room was spotless and updated, with a great view. - They offer a good selection for breakfast including packaged pastries and freshly-pressed orange juice.

Fairly clean, great value hotel, its location was magnificent and fantastic and close enough to a local square with bars and restaurants and the metro and Plaza Nueva and the Cathedral and indoor Market. The really helpful and accommodating staff accommodated all the needs.

Functional deluxe room with views of courtyard. Marvellous and stunning location few metres away from a neoclassical square. Within 500 metres of the metro station and walking distance to a museum and a cathedral.

The rooms here are very clean and modern with central heating, a work desk, and a TV; the bed is exceptionally comfortable and the facilities are very nice.

Great location, very close to everything in the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, although their English skills were limited. the room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. the breakfast offered delicious coffee and fresh orange juice. the price was reasonable and the hotel had everything we needed for our Christmas stay.

To our experience. there was no air conditioning in the room, so it got quite hot and uncomfortable at night.
